1.Overview

4.Structure features
(1)The pump for the rear door structure, maintenance do not have to remove the pipeline
(2)Pump inlet and outlet flange pressure by 1.6MPa design
(3)Impeller with three blades (or six blades), open impeller, high efficiency and does not require axial thrust compensation, easy maintenance, blocking the opportunity is low.
(4)The pump shaft is lubricated with oil, heavy-duty wear-resistant, imported SKF cylindrical roller bearings and radial thrust ball bearings (angular contact ball bearings),Cylindrical roller bearings mounted on the pump end, radial thrust ball bearings are installed face to face in the drive end.
(5)Shaft seal mainly has a pump ring plus single end machine seal, packing seal, single-end machine seal, tandem machine seal, double-end machine seal, pump ring and single-end machine seal combination seal, dynamic seal six types, Can be selected according to the requirements and actual use conditions.
(6)Impeller with lost wax precision casting and dynamic balance check.
